Free Wifi Router Offer – Terms & Conditions
The customer agrees to the following terms & conditions to avail the
Free-to-Use Wi-Fi Router Offer from Nakoda Network Pvt Ltd:
Plan Eligibility
This offer is applicable only on select broadband plans of Nakoda Network Pvt Ltd and is valid for a limited number of plans as determined by the Company.
CPE Deposit
The offer does not include the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) refundable deposit, which shall be charged separately as per plan and policy.

The Wi-Fi router will be installed within 7 days after successful clearance of the subscription payment.

Installation and Verification
Customers are required to verify and confirm that the Wi-Fi router is in working condition during and after installation. Any discrepancy must be reported immediately to the Company’s support team.
Ownership and Usage
The Wi-Fi router is provided free for use during the active validity of the subscribed plan.
The router remains the property of Nakoda Network Pvt Ltd.
Customers must return the router to the Company upon service suspension, termination, or disconnection.
Failure to return the equipment may result in additional charges or forfeiture of any applicable deposits.
Damage and Liability
The Company will handle installation and troubleshooting of the Wi-Fi router.
Customers must take reasonable care of the router and related accessories.
In case of damage, loss, or mishandling, the customer shall be liable to pay replacement charges as determined solely by Nakoda Network Pvt Ltd.
Performance Disclaimer
Wi-Fi router performance depends on multiple factors, including:

Number of connected devices

Technical specifications of the router

Structural design of the premises

Router placement and environmental conditions
Nakoda Network Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible for performance variations caused by these or similar external factors.
Offer Validity
This is a limited period offer and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice or obligation to the customer.
Refund and Equipment Recovery
In the event of service disconnection or suspension:

The CPE deposit will be refunded after successful recovery of the CPE and Wi-Fi router in proper working condition with all accessories.

Deductions may apply if the equipment is damaged, incomplete, or non-functional at the time of return.

Refunds will be processed as per the Nakoda Network Refund & Return Policy.
