Refund and Returns Policy

At Nakoda Network Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide reliable Internet, Broadband, OTT, and IPTV services to all our customers.
This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, or returns may be processed for our services and products.
Service-Based Policy
Since Nakoda Network Pvt Ltd primarily provides digital and connectivity services, there are no physical products to return. However, refund or adjustment may be considered under the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

Duplicate Payment:
If a customer has made a double payment for the same invoice or plan, the excess amount will be refunded or adjusted in the next billing cycle after verification. -
Technical Infeasibility:
If the connection cannot be installed or activated due to technical or feasibility issues at the customer’s location, a refund may be initiated after deducting administrative or processing charges. -
Service Non-Activation:
If services are not activated within the committed timeframe (due to reasons solely attributable to the Company), the customer may request a refund.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable under the following conditions:

If the service has already been activated or used in full or part.

If the delay or disconnection is due to customer’s fault, address change, or relocation.

For prepaid plans once activated.

For temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, power outages, or third-party issues.

For value-added services (like OTT subscriptions) once activated.
Refund Process
All refund requests must be made by sending an email to support@nakodanetwork.com with valid proof of payment and account details.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 working days through the same mode of payment.
Administrative, processing, or transaction charges (if applicable) may be deducted before issuing the refund.
Plan Cancellations
Customers may cancel their service before installation or activation by contacting our support team.
Cancellation requests after activation will not be eligible for refund.
